I suspect the 'part' that was required cost about £5, but probably took a lot of (expensive) workshop time to locate and rectify.

My service and MOT where at Stamford branch . The service staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was ready for collection at the time quoted.

Took a bit longer than advised for the "sit and wait" service, but we were well looked after while we waited. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

I've used Sycamore twice now and I'm happy with the service they have given me and I will continue to use them. They are much better than the other BMW dealers who are closer to me.

Good customer service but disappointing that the brake pads for my M135i were not in stock meaning a second day without my car was needed. Also prices were more expensive than a specialist dealer.

I was disappointed with the service. I have agreed to and paid for all the recommended work, the service light was still on when I picked up the car. It made me feel like the work wasn't fully completed, and I expected better from a BMW dealership

BMW vehicles are first class the ladies in the service area are first class ( not their fault) BUT we like to keep our BMW Service up to date along with our New Car so we keep coming back and it gets worse not better too many vehicles are booked in

I'm very fussy with my car, past experience with other dealers (not BMW) have damaged my car during servicing, My BMW came back imaculate after the work the same as it went in, which is my biggest thing.

Part of warranty work was a new sunroof seal. Very dissapointed that the technician stood on the kick plates with dirty boots leaving dirt and small scratches on the silver inserts. Contacted sycamores advising i wasnt happy - cont in question 3

I thought it was awful no continuity I dealt with 3 diff people none of them in any way helpful. They girl who Checked me out told me they have 90 cars in a day so couldn't wash my car properly They acted like they were hearding cattle!

I can elaborate on this if required. Collection timings, electric loan car orientation experience, car valet standard, tyre pressures not correct and so on. Replies to points raised with the team came across as quite defensive. And more.

As above, the only issue was being charged £10.00 for courtesy car when the reason for this was because of recall following first service. I believe this should have been waived as only reason I needed a loan car was due to manufactrers recall.

Not really interested in servicing older cars, refused to book mine in for a gearbox oil change at 100K miles instead told me some tosh about it being a sealed unit which of course it isn't. Using another garage for servicing now.
