Ultimately this is not the fault of Sycamore as I did not purchase the car from them, but when a franchised dealer sells me a car with a fault and I have a 12 month warranty I would expect not to have to foot the bill for the repair cost.

One of the highlights I must mention, I needed to refill the coolant on an emergency basis before the service date, I went to service centre and explained it to the reception lady, within 10 minutes my coolant was refilled and without any charge,

I was actually in Sycamores at Stamford, not Peterborough. Work done on time albeit my car was booked in for 8.30, but I didn't receive the video until 10.15. Car finished being cleaned at 10.30.. Long wait considering it was in for an MOT.

Car on recall for EGR replacement. Booked service within two weeks from phone call. Stamford Service Centre provided a video review car check and work completed on time with an excellent valet.

Ok with standard service. I reported an issue to do with how bumps and pot holes seem so harsh on my suspension (the car bangs over bumps). I'm not sure what the issue is, whether shocks, springs, bushes etc. I received no feedback on this at all.

Very happy. The only small issue was that the MOT was advertised as costing £45. However, there was an additional 'labour' charge of £22. So , actually, the MOT cost £67 - not £45. A bit strange Apart from that the service provided was very good.

Branch Did the work , but mistakes made with booking vehicle into different branch to that communicated to myself and poor comms between branches to advise they had completed work (so I recieved a chase phone call from the wrong branch)

No effort to build up trust & confidence with customers. I have lost faith because BMW staff do not act with integrity. They don't do as promised and the promise of delivering a professional service appears to be beyond their reach, shocking!

Professional service- 5* I did not receive a healthy check video (always received one when I left my car in BMW Servuce, but not last week). A video could be have been evidence of how/when the scratch happened.

BMW have fitted a dash cam but it is is an area not wiped by the wipers. It now seems to bmw camera isn't suitable for my bmw!!

I was v. satisfied however I didn't think it was necessary for the team to remove my SD card from my dashcam. I understand they don't want to be filmed but you can just unplug the camera, the SD card is tiny and wasn't inserted back in properly.
