Very disappointing first experience with a BMW Centre. A £345 written authorisation became a £1,033 bill, a suspension bolt was snapped, and I was then asked for £380 extra to fit its replacement in the correct orientation. Formal complaint rejected.

I would have given it five stars but I was told the work would be completed in 1hr - 1hr 15 mins, but it actually took two hours making me late for a meeting.

I was charged for two items that were unnecessary. Screen wash - the reservoir was full. Key battery-which was changed two weeks before the service after the low battery warning was displayed. On subsequent inspection the battery had not been changed

Booked in on day I wanted. Friendly service by Darren on reception. Phoned me when car was ready. Good video showing tyres tread, exhaust, suspension etc. Car ready for collection on time and very clean.

I bought my M2 in for it's running in service and received an M4 as my courtesy car, this is a fantastic level of service and is greatly appreciated.

Too many phone calls, texts and emails "reminding" me that my service was booked ... at the date and time I had booked it!!!!!! Another irritating email asking me to check-in prior to arriving for the service. It just confirmed the same data.
