Arrived prior to service booking time,offered coffee and and was asked as always,did I have any issues with my vehicle. Every thing was done in a timely manner and my designated service colleague informed myself of everything that had taken place.

They are extremely busy at the Stamford branch however they did their best to get me seen to as early as possible. I am completely satisfied but I did have to wait a few weeks before they could fit me in which was unavoidable on your behalf

Resolving the issue took longer than anticipated but I was provided a courtesy car as my vehicle had to be kept overnight while the issue with the software update was being resolved.

Professional service- 5* I did not receive a healthy check video (always received one when I left my car in BMW Servuce, but not last week). A video could be have been evidence of how/when the scratch happened.

Service by the team at Stamford was excellent but the person at Peterborough who booked the appointment had failed to properly enter it on the system so I was not expected to- luckily someone cancelled and they were able to fit me in the slot

BMW have fitted a dash cam but it is is an area not wiped by the wipers. It now seems to bmw camera isn't suitable for my bmw!!

Telephone calls to remind me of the appointment to have the parts replaced free of charge. Lift provided and received telephone call that my car was ready to be picked up. Full video of visual check up and recommendations and courtesy valet.

Everything perfectly arranged by the service department, and work was finished early. A loan car was made available to me and my car was washed before I collected it.

I was v. satisfied however I didn't think it was necessary for the team to remove my SD card from my dashcam. I understand they don't want to be filmed but you can just unplug the camera, the SD card is tiny and wasn't inserted back in properly.

Although booking the car in for repairs and the fault being diagnosed was great, waiting 2 weeks for my vehicle seemed a long time. I believe it was a parts problem and even though a replacement car was given it did seem a while for the part to arriv

Should have been a 5 but the agreed on price was reneged on. And set £100 higher (close to 4x more than agreed) eventually got the team to agree to meet me halfway at £60 but still almost double the agreed price.

Following a recall repair for the EGR cooler, the vehicle's heater now fails to produce hot air. Upon returning the vehicle, the service center denies responsibility, citing a lack of verifiable proof of prior functionality. Cause faulty thermostat.
