Once the receptionist had got her figures for the service right it went well. She was telling me a figure that hadn't been quoted but when I was shown to another member of staff I got the price that I had originally been quoted for.

Dropping car off and collection, no issues. During collection I found that my car wasn't washed as specified in order. Also, I have booked a service for replacement of breaking fluid and not sure if this operation was done, as price was change to £77

I was not impressed with management tolerating abuse by another customer which was directed at the BMW driver and myself whilst travelling in the courtesy car. I reported this abuse straight away to the dealership, but heard no more about it.

Not happy with the method and breakdown of Invoice. As the car is now in its 10 th year there was no breakdown of any Discounts applied to Parts Used

Confusion about tyres. To be told initially that the car was undriveable due to its tyres and in the end being handed back the car with the same tyres on the car does not inspire confidence.

car was serviced Oct 23 - issue not resolved. Issue critical in Feb, 4 weeks for appt. Once in, and they ordered a new part, wouldn't let me book until parts in stock. Now another 4weeks for an appt! 10 weeks since urgent and no guarantee to fix!!

Sickness meant I had to do a lot of chasing myself and also I didn't feel that I had the opportunity to really understand that neither replacement tyre was actually required, just recommended.

I had an elec mini loan car. I do alot of miles. i was due to work in kings lynn that day with appointments. I had to cancel them due to range. I would of charged it as i have a 330e, but the network is poor in kings lynn, didnt want to get stranded

The car had an oil leak as part of the problem, but the very next day, my car showed that the oil was at its minimum & needed topping up immediately, surely they would of checked the oil for me, I had to pay £19.75 for some from the nearest garage.

During my service and I had a call, it needed new rear disks. Nothing was mentioned about a bulge on my tyre. My car was then MOT'd and it failed with this. It was on my report from the service I received when collecting my car.Why not report on call

While the car was repaired there was no feedback on this and the previous occasion on what had actually been done. I didn't know that the exhaust manifold had been replaced during the recall for example.
