Car was in for investigation regarding a shuddering from the back of the car and service, they thought it was tyres. I had to take it back and they discovered it was a problem with the transfer box, Two extra journeys to Stamford costing me money

Waited for 45 minutes on collection as key lost Car was in the car park unlocked Car was not cleaned when had been asked twice if wanted it doing Video health check showed issues, it said the car needed urgent repair. On collection said no issues

I had 2 new tyres fitted. The price was high but I was prepared to agree as it was more convenient (you had the car for other work). When I drove away the tyre pressure warning light was showing. The tyres should have been properly inflated

Courtesy car was a coupa and with a family of 4 including 2 kids, I struggled with school runs and logistics. This caused unnecessary inconvenience. Also earlier during recall when there was inconvenience, I was provided with a complementaryvoucher,

Car came in for a recall, was told I would receive a free complimentary car wash. Car would be ready roughly 1.5hrs. I arrived to collect the car after 4.5hrs and two calls later from myself to see if my car was ready and my car had not been washed

I had some issues with an approved used vehicle and though the sales team needed chasing, the service team were extremely responsive with crystal clear timelines. Big shout out to Damien Maltby - give that man an award!

The courtesy car was not booked as promised which meant I had to wait for the service and MOT to be completed. Not a major problem but three hours out of my day. Overall service was just brake fluid and MOT £309 is expensive.

The complimentary car valet was not the best and when my wife collected the car very badly done inside and out she was offered a full free valet which if that is the standard service you provide I would rather drive to another BMW service centre

Generally positive, my main concern is tyres that are well within the legal limit identified as 'red' needing immediate replacement - amber perhaps with advice but to mark them red is disgraceful; never experienced this before. MOT advisory clear.

The technician should of taken the bumper and under engine tray so it can be fitted properly like last time when I visited BMW but instead he recommended new bumper & under engine tray again & he didn't spot a loose rubber cover by the intercooler ??

Everything was fine while service. Was charged extra for screenwriter refill even didn't approve. When was giving back courtesy car asked if u refill which I wasn't told to refill it. And ask for valuation which I didn't received.

The details of what needed going to turbo waste gate were available remotely and yet, despite having explained the problem confirmed by BMW Yeovil, neither time nor parts were scheduled in originally. We therefore had to bring the car back.

Not happy with service,booked waiting appointment told 15 mins if no work needed.took over 45 mins and told car needed over £1000 worth of work + 2 tyres. Service advisor not knowledgable and made me panic. Took car away,got inspected,nothing needed.

There were some really nice touches but I did ask if the high beam assist could be looked at and the fact that the o/s front tyre needed air after about a month of use. Neither were carried out and despite promises of a call back the next day.

Gave a reasonable service but expensive just for a diagnostic check. I was advised on the sensor defect and the astronomical price for a new one and fitting. Did not get any feedback from the service centre jus5 take it or go elsewhere

Service went well but I asked for specific check and it didn't happen.What went horribly wrong was picking up the car.I was running late so I called the office that I might be up to 5 mins late.I came 2 mins late and they closed before my nose.
