Part of warranty work was a new sunroof seal. Very dissapointed that the technician stood on the kick plates with dirty boots leaving dirt and small scratches on the silver inserts. Contacted sycamores advising i wasnt happy - cont in question 3

I thought it was awful no continuity I dealt with 3 diff people none of them in any way helpful. They girl who Checked me out told me they have 90 cars in a day so couldn't wash my car properly They acted like they were hearding cattle!

On this question, I'm referring to the service department of Sycamore! The service team are absolutely fantastic. My only concern is the technician never reconnected the Dash Cam after they finished servicing. Because of this, my Dash Cam failed to

I can elaborate on this if required. Collection timings, electric loan car orientation experience, car valet standard, tyre pressures not correct and so on. Replies to points raised with the team came across as quite defensive. And more.

As above, the only issue was being charged £10.00 for courtesy car when the reason for this was because of recall following first service. I believe this should have been waived as only reason I needed a loan car was due to manufactrers recall.

Not really interested in servicing older cars, refused to book mine in for a gearbox oil change at 100K miles instead told me some tosh about it being a sealed unit which of course it isn't. Using another garage for servicing now.

My car there because a mistake previously made registering completion of a recall action so I kept receiving letters for work already done. Team made it worth me attending with car health check and wash. Keys sat on empty desk for 10 mins at end :-

My vehicle went in for a repair in a day. Which took a week to complete. On collection of my vehicle I noticed a small chip in the driver's door paint work. I'm still waiting for a resolve from the service manager

Service is very professional, sometimes have to wait a while for an appointment. It can be difficult to park outside the service centre, so many cars on site sometimes and difficult to manoeuvre at the end of the car park

I came for a recall, informed them in advance that I would be dropping off my car in the evening for a loan. However, upon arrival, I was told that all the electric cars were charging, received a petrol car instead and paid for fuel & use of the car.

This visit was lovely. Everyone is nice. The lady on reception made me coffee, offered biscuits when I sat down for my wait in appointment. Whilst I was reading my book, the same lady asked if I'd like more coffee. Everything was precisely on time.

Ultimately this is not the fault of Sycamore as I did not purchase the car from them, but when a franchised dealer sells me a car with a fault and I have a 12 month warranty I would expect not to have to foot the bill for the repair cost.

One of the highlights I must mention, I needed to refill the coolant on an emergency basis before the service date, I went to service centre and explained it to the reception lady, within 10 minutes my coolant was refilled and without any charge,
