Apart from a small hiccough when making the appointment, everything went well. I was greeted politely and professionally and the recall replacement driver's airbag was completed in the estimated one hour. I was able to wait with my dog.

A bit disappointed at the number of times I had to call in order to set up the appointment. Then disappointed to know that I had to rebook my car in for a second time in order to complete the work

Great service from the staff I spoke to on the phone and at the service centre. Given a break down of suggested maintenance. And you cleaned my car inside and out. Would have been 5 stars but I you've broken my Bluetooth adapter.

replacement part fitted as part of the safety recall. At booking I was offered 'while you wait' but it took longer than promised (fit & wash). Not a problem for me on this occasion. Hot chocolate only drink available from machine, which wasn't ideal

Expensive pricing compared to other BMW dealerships and some sundries carried out without consent - battery replacement for example (just ask) before adding to bill. Also, sent email to Service Manager who has failed to address previous concerns.

There was no communication from you. You had my car in the garage all day for an MOT and no one called to letter me know it was ready. I called several times and was promised a call back but it never happened.

Unfortunately on this occasion the service overall missed the mark. Three visits for a warranty issue. This took 3 visits. The third visit was arranged by time however took 1h 45m to replace an item i was told takes 30 minutes. Very unhappy.

The apparent fixed servicing appointment did not work. Whilst I was told the service was a 1hr 30 minute service my standard routine service took 3 hrs 30 minutes! I also reported a cosmetic warranty issue on my gear knob. I've had no callback.

Ended up spending £1100, car still not fixed, despite being with service for over 2 weeks. Fault with transmission, know fault but expected to pay £12000 to fix. Engineers clueless morons both in UK and Germany. Constantly contradicting.

Not really happy due to the guy who said about failing my car and stating it was a turbo replacement when only the actuator when diagnosed at another garage and also cost of diagnosing was £200 when I already had the fault codes diagnosed before

Car taken in twice now to diagnose clunking sound from rear when driving but unable to identify on both occasions. The service customer service and communications were very good but the outcome was a failure to diagnose on both occasions.

If it allowed I would remove the one star following my latest experience. I booked my car in to fix the issue with my fuel cap and also to review a slow puncture tyre. I left with the front puncture not actually being looked at and 4 new tyres.

I specifically booked a valet if my M2 as despite having several private valets the interior window cleaning and specifically the rear windshield has not been right. Having booked Abbasid for a BMW valet the rear windshield was still smeared.

It was good, however I disagree with the fact I needed to pay £10 for the rental car. I literally needed it to get back home and then back to the service. The person who does lifts was on annual leave, respectfully, not my fault?

Sunroof outer glass shattered spontaneously. Confirmed by garage to BMW corporate in emails I have there was no impact damage. Refused to replace under warranty or as goodwill. Them covered up damage with tape preventing independent technical asses
